Standing high above the city on the 10th floor of the City Club Apartments, at 309 Vine Street; resurrected from the history that has stood here before our time, Shires' Rooftop is inspired by the first amusement resort in this part of the country, Shires' Garden. Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history.     Aperture is a fantastic dining experience! My friend is a pescatarian, and the staff had a special menu ready, complete with thoughtful notes to accommodate their preferences. We trusted our server’s recommendations, selecting five different plates tailored to what we were in the mood for, and every dish was spot on. The food came out in perfect cadence, allowing us to enjoy each plate without feeling rushed or waiting too long. The service was attentive but not intrusive—just the right balance. It’s clear that the team here cares about creating an exceptional experience. I’d absolutely come back again!

    Tonight was my wife and my first time dining at Jeff Ruby’s, and it was the greatest meal/experience that we’ve had. The live music was incredible for an entrance and throughout our meal. Angelica was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy. We were treated with a complimentary butter cake and it was divine. Thank you for allowing us to just celebrate life with you tonight.
