This journey began in defense of the maker, those that bring to light from darkness, an idea. Our inspiration comes from memory, of travels we’ve taken - it is the thread that helps us bind our creation. Wolf’s is the laboratory where inspiration turns to creation, creation is stitched into a form that when examined takes guests on the creators' journey of exploration. But the quest to create comes not for the supplication of an audience, but for the continual introspective pursuit of pushing the boundaries of what we know as possible.

We went to Tavernetta for Valentine’s Day. They had an incredible pre-fixed menu and they were easily able to accommodate one of us for GF. We also tried their caviar flight (we LOVED) and their wine pairings for the set menu. Overall a great experience and would go back to enjoy again.

I tried Pamela's on a whim. The service was fantastic. The food was both beautifully plated and delicious. And if you like mid century style the decor was awesome. Honestly the only complaint that I have is the rounded booth we were in was uncomfortable.

Appreciated the two included plates of sandwiches, as we were still hungry after one. Atmosphere was lively and fun. You could tell the restaurant was running like a well oiled machine for Valentines Day but it honestly added to the ambiance for us, as the servers were polite but not obtrusive, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t want. Dessert plate was a little too sweet for our palates but was still enjoyable, overall experience was great. Would do again next year.

Alma Fonda Fina is an absolute standout in Denver! From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, blending modern elegance with the soul of traditional Mexican cuisine. The menu is a love letter to authentic flavors, elevated with a fresh, innovative twist. Every dish we tried was beautifully plated and packed with flavor—think handmade tortillas, rich and complex moles, and perfectly balanced ceviches. The drinks? Just as impressive. Their cocktails are expertly crafted, offering the perfect sip to complement the meal. Get the avocado Marg!! Service was top-notch, with a team that’s not only knowledgeable but passionate about the food they serve.

Have been to Bruto a number of times, but last night's meal was a step up. (A star up?) Which in some ways is hard to believe, because earlier visits were very impressive. What made last night different? A strong sense of progression through the meal, with courses building to an astounding main course of Bison tenderloin of unreal flavor and nuance. But there was brilliant complexity in every individual course. Non-alcoholic beverage pairings were exceptionally inspiring, the drink and course it accompanied responding to each other. I have never had a meal with a wider range of flavors, textures, and temperatures, including many novel sensations. Frankly, it was a revelation, fine dining as high art. The environment was also somehow calmer, perhaps because it was a weeknight, although the "performance" of the open kitchen remained fascinating.
