This is the second year I’ve came to Prime to celebrate Thanksgiving (with standard menu) . Outstanding food + service , ambience is always so warm and welcoming love the decor and vibe of the restaurant . Professional staff and the food is worth making the 45 minute drive from south shore to dine ! Will be coming back next year ! A wonderful Thanksgiving Day experience. The food was great and plentiful. Unique differences like the fresh baked pop-overs and candied ginger on the pumpkin pie made this a meal to remember. Our waiter Steven was exceptional This is the 4th time we’ve been to an H2O restaurant and every time has been enjoyable and memorable.

There were 4 of us and we all said the music was very loud, too loud for friends who wanted to catch up. We asked the waiter if he could possibly lower it and within seconds it was done. If that doesn’t say a lot about customer service I don’t know what does! All of our food was very tasty and plentiful; service was very friendly and attentive; and we all took half of our meal home. We were all too full for dessert. This is a great restaurant with great food and great service!!
