Best Date Night Restaurants in Honolulu

Had caprese salad and split the bolognese with my daughter. Portion was big enough to split, but it was so amazing, wish I had my own! 🤣

We were there to celebrate our anniversary and we were greeted with well wishes. Our server, Brandon used our name, which is something I truly believe is incredibly professional. He then explained the menu and their options. When asked, he recommended cocktails, and gave us his opinion on The menu choices for the four course dinner we each selected. He read our table and understood. We were not in a rush, but they are to enjoy a dining experience so our courcess came out paced accordingly. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and a great dining experience with excellent food great service and a wonderful way to spend our 20th anniversary.

Wow, where have I been? This is a great, high quality, friendly, tasty, comfortable place to eat. The organic chicken in cast iron was one of the best chicken meals I’ve ever eaten in my life. It reminded me of the chicken at a chain restaurant in Japan called Ajitoya. The Beet salad was one of the first salads I’ve eaten that wasn’t overwhelming with one particular item. Even if you don’t like beets, there is enough of other flavors to fall in love with. It has the perfect mix of flavors that work well together. Chocolate Purse for dessert? Don’t bother sharing, get your own…lol. Only small complaint would be it’s a tad bit on the pricier side, but my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Our server was great, and you really get a sense that the entire staff that works here, works well together. Lots of smiling faces and cohesiveness from the team. I even saw the hostess walking around helping servers to fill up water. This is a top 5 restaurant in the entire Ward/ Waikiki area, don’t hesitate to go, you will enjoy it very much.

I appreciated to her again, thank you for giving us a special beautiful and memorable dinner tonight. Today I enjoyed your dinner so much and felt a special happy moments at Deck with my mother who loves Hawaii very much, she passed away on this April. This was a really nice spot. Our server, Calais, was great! His recommendations were on point and the food was great! I’d definitely dine there again.
