We're a Philadelphia restaurant blending Levantine cuisine with elements from around the greater Mediterranean, highlighting French, Italian, North African, and Middle Eastern flavors. We strive to emphasize local connections, sourcing from a range of local farms to supply our kitchen as well as showcasing Philly artists for ceramics, glassware, and design, with the goal of cultivating community relationships and staying true to the city of Philadelphia. Chef Partner Evan Snyder leads the culinary team, while Managing Partner Julian van der Tak oversees operations.
