My daughter ordered the Lobster and was extremely happy with it. I had the ribeye steak. I would have to say it was one of the best steaks I have ever had and I’ve had a lot of steaks in the high end restaurants. We also ordered the potatoes cooked in duck fat. They were incredible. Crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft inside, full of flavour! When I made the reservation, I noted it was a belated birthday celebration. The restaurant was kind enough to send a fancy small dessert just enough for my daughter and I to share. From the staff to the whole meal the attention to detail and quality is outstanding . I have to to say we had a perfect day skiing and being our last night in Whistler, Sidecut just made the trip perfect. I would definitely recommend Sidecut.
