Imaginez-vous en l'an 1600, que vous êtes un voyageur errant de ville en ville, en Italie. Vous arrivez dans un petit village. Dans le village, il y a des maisons, des commerces et un Bettolino. Vous avez faim, donc vous entrez dans ce dernier. L'endroit est animé et rempli de gens, on peut entendre le bourdonnement des conversations et sentir l'odeur des mets fraîchement cuisinés. Le propriétaire s'approche de vous avec une grande coupe remplie de vin et une assiette de nourriture chaude.
