Named to offer guests a place to create their own enchanted fairytale, Fabel draws inspiration from the islands of Greece and the beaches of Southern France while celebrating the energy Miami is known for. The 10,000-square-foot outdoor sanctum combines old-world glamour with high-energy dining. Featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu, curated by executive chef Ian Fleischmann, Fabel takes guests on a whimsical journey through its design, gastronomy, fashion, fragrances and entertainment. While stimulating all of the senses, the restaurant also features a world-class cocktail program and an extensive wine portfolio with some of the rarest and most exquisite wines, led by Master Sommelier Christopher Miller. Daniel Serfer, originaire de Miami, a ouvert son premier restaurant, le Blue Collar, en janvier 2012. Fréquenté par les habitants et les visiteurs, le Blue Collar sert une cuisine américaine réconfortante dans un cadre décontracté lié à un motel de prostituées.
S'appuyant sur le succès du Blue Collar, le Mignonette propose une atmosphère amusante, accessible où vous pourrez déguster une douzaine d'huîtres, une bouteille de champagne, des préparations de fruits de mer classiques comme des huîtres Rockefeller et des palourdes Casino, ainsi qu'un plateau de jolis coquillages.
