Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

Luchini is an Italian American restaurant reminiscent of classic red sauce joints in the key of Tao Group, known for their scene-making restaurant and nightlife venues worldwide. Luchini’s combo of restaurant, slice shop, and cocktail haunt experience brims with nostalgic charm and suave energy.     Our dinner here was a very nice experience. This location specializes in fancy drinks and "small plate" offers. My wife and I ordered the pull apart bread, which was very good, served with honey butter. The bread was very fresh, served warm, and enough for 2. We also ordered a wedge salad and an order of waygu sliders (3 per order) to share. This was plenty for a meal. The ambiance left a little to be desired because of the volume level and type of music, which really didn't match the ambiance of the restaurant, making tableside conversation difficult. The music was more for a dance or party atmosphere than for a classy, high end restaurant. The staff was very helpful in their recommendations and checked on us often. Since this is a "Caesars" restaurant, we were able to pay for our meals and drinks with Rewards Credits and drink credits. Overall it was a good experience.

    Amazing experience and possibly one of the highlights of our trip!!! Chris (I believe) was energetic, warm and made our time at this restaurant so enjoyable. We were celebrating a birthday and he was so kind to bring out some mini cakes on the house to top it all off. The food was amazing, fresh and delicious and was brought out within minutes of ordering. Huge, filling portions and worth every dollar. The coffees were also perfection and came stamped with the cutest artwork imaginable. Please visit if you enjoy a hearty breakfast with the best service!!!!
