Best Vegan Restaurants in Central Saanich

The best roast beef meal we’ve had in a while. Potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, vegetables all cooked to perfection. Delicious butternut squash soup for starters, a “to die” for chocolate mousse which just slipped down a treat after the huge meal!! Monique our server - the only server - that night serving the whole restaurant because the menu was a simplified Roast dinner menu, was adorable; efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. She made a special evening more special - thank you Monique: Matt the chef not too grand ( as is often the case) to chit chat with us whilst in the midst of wrapping up the service. First time for me and my mom and we both thought it was great. The service was top tier and the food was excellent. My mom used to make the unquestionably best layered chocolate cake ever, but not anymore because that title now goes to The Canadian Brew House. You simply have to try the chocolate cake! I know it’s a sports bar type atmosphere, but it is a great place to take little kids and they can bowl as well! I am just sorry that I didn’t try it earlier. They always have some kind of special’s on and it is an extensive and value priced menu. Art

Wow! Excellent tea, scrumptious sandwiches and desserts and a wonderful ambience. Elizabeth was attentive and extremely professional. High Tea is a must do if you are at the Butchart Gardens.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The hosts were so kind and attentive, and made it a personal experience for us. We weren’t rushed at all, and the food and ambiance was great. We had the chefs tasting menu and it was pricy, but I think it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend it!

Our waitress Taylor was very helpful and friendly. The dine around menu was delicious!
