Perbacco est un endroit élégant et moderne, tout en étant bien ancré dans le Vieux Monde. Le restaurant a conservé un mur de briques original de l'époque Hind de 1913, ainsi que d'autres éléments, tels que le bar et le carrelage en marbre de Carrara blanc.
