Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in New Hope

We went for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was $60 per person which included a drink (soda/tea, etc.). It was an exceptional experience. They had all the standard hot items, stuffing, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, delicious roasted veggies, etc. There was a carving station with turkey, ny strip and shrimp cocktail. They also has unique items like salmon, pigs in a blanket, Buffalo cauliflower, fruit, chicken tenders, just to name a few. Buffet was setup mostly along the bar, with the same stuff on both sides to split crowd. It flowed well and never felt crowded. Dessert had pumpkin and pecan pie, cheesecake, cookies, etc. Everything was delicious. Redstone uses really quality ingredients. We all agreed that while everything was great the best thing of the night was the gravy. It was sooooooo good. They bring it to your table from the back. I think we went through 5 or 6 portions, it was that good. Best gravy we've ever had. Service was good. We sat in the bar area. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back next year.

We went for the Thanksgiving buffet. Overall it was very good: service, ambiance, food quality were all excellent. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the value. We felt the price ($60/person) was a little steep for a mid day meal.

Granite City Maple Grove did an exceptional job on their Thanksgiving buffet! All hands were on deck, working very efficiently and the food was delicious. No easy feat on a holiday. Kudos to all the Team!

Thank you Butcher’s Tale for making my birthday so special! First off, our server Meesh (sp) was an absolute gem. She was friendly, knowledgeable and her attitude was confident yet casual. As a queer couple, sometimes we get treated weirdly but Meesh was absolutely excellent and welcoming. The server assistants were also top notch and very attentive. The food was immaculate! The pork chop was roughly the size of a king mattress and I have no idea how the kitchen managed to cook such a mighty chop to absolute perfection. My steak was one of the best I’ve ever had and the key lime pie almost made me cry tears of joy, and yet I despair I will never again find its equal. We will we back! Also I don’t drink anymore but the whiskey list was very impressive! Thank you everyone!
