Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

The loveliest meal. My favourite way to dine, small dishes of the yummiest food. Great restaurant with a cool bib e and the friendliest staff. We ate the shrimp, brussel sprout salad, mac and cheese and the pork belly, all so delicious and tasty. Would definitely recommend this restaurant :-)

Have visited twice in the last 4 months with parties of 4. Both times have been phenomenal! Everything is fresh and delicious from the sourdough bread and pizzas to the pastas and desserts. The staff is friendly and helpful. Reservations are highly recommended. Both visits were on weeknights without any notable events in town and it was packed. It's fun to watch the open kitchen making the pasta as bonus.

This restaurant is the best! We had the skewers and it was one of the best things we’ve ever eaten. The staff at the restaurant are fantastic. Thank you!

For the price point the food was ok the service was perfect the cotija caesar and dressing was amazing
