My wife and I are big fans of Birch, which is why we dined here on Valentine’s Day. We sat at the chef’s counter and really enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. It’s easy to see why Chef Knall is a 2025 James Beard nominee for best Chef Midwest. The GM at Birch is so personable and acknowledges us on every visit. It’s no wonder his staff is so helpful and courteous. Book your reservation with confidence.

It was phenomenal! The fried green tomatoes and grits were an incredible pairing that complemented each other to near perfection. Absolutely loved the honey dust and would put that on a plethora of foods. It should be sold by itself!

Loved the waiter we had !!!! Will is the best ! For it to be our first time it was an experience. I would go back again though.

They were open during a blizzard when the rest of the city shut down. Quality and consistency is always amazing. Probably the best restaurant in Milwaukee.
