It manages to shake off its potential 'chain restaurant' vibe through great service and solid culinary offerings. ALSO, it's SO convenient for pre or post show dining when taking in a show at Neptune. Bravo, Moxies friends.More infoMoxies - Nova CentrePrice: Moderate• American• Halifax•4.6
- SSandraNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe love this restaurant. It is definitely the most sophisticated and interesting food we have found in the Maritimes. The pasta dishes are clever and beautifully prepared. The fish has always been exceptional. Great oysters and a complex wine list. Our favorites last night were the warm mushroom salad- so tasty and so complicated. The ravioli with braised cabbage was out of this world. A little heat from a chili oil, the crunch of the perfectly braised cabbage, the perfectly cooked pasta; it all came together beautifully. We will keep coming back. I would also urge people to realize that you are receiving very good value for your money here. There is a multi-course tasting menu for less than $100 or you can go ala carte. You can combine small plates and have an array of lovely bites rather than a massive main. We had four drinks and five plates between us, including oysters to start, and our bill, with tip, was under $200. To have food this well prepared, and exquisite service, for this price is a big win!More infoPeacock Wine BarPrice: Expensive• Wine Bar• Halifax•4.8
- PPatrickAtlantic Canada •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoTribute stands to be my favorite new restaurant thus far in the halifax area. Like I've stated in the past, I experience a lot of restaurants around the area, and Tribute is one that perfects all levels of service. Food is always top notch, every bite is flavorful. Service is always perfect from the "welcome back" to the "we look forward to seeing you again" your made to feel welcomed and enjoyed. Even when I was 22 mins late for my reservation, I was not felt rushed. The three men that took care of us, the host, server and mixologist each coming to see how our experience was going. The atmosphere is perfect, even when it's full and live with chatter and the kitchen is roaring the atmosphere does not feel over whelming like alot of the other restaurants around that sardine thier guests. Tribute is just that, to a dining experience labeled with excellence. See you folks again soon!More infoTributePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Halifax•4.9
- CcindySan Francisco Bay Area •10 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 23, 2025Took my Mom there for dinner. Been many times and Moxies never disappoints. I had the Shrimp Tacos. Amazing! And Mom had the Chicken Rigatoni. She loved it. And she also had a red wine sangria. That was really good as well. Delicious!More infoMoxies - Bayers LakePrice: Moderate• American• Halifax•4.5
