Le Fogo de Chão est un Steakhouse brésilien de premier plan, ou churrascaria, qui est spécialisé depuis plus de 35 ans dans les viandes de première qualité rôties au feu en utilisant la technique séculaire du churrasco provenant de la cuisine brésilienne du sud.
