- DDonicGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a reservation at 9:15 pm and arrived just a few minutes before. We only waited for about 3 minutes before being called for seating. The server was polite and attentive. The choice of Mascato was excellent. I had to get a second glass. The meal was 🔥 and delicious. We had the lobster bisque for appetizer. He would have prefered clam chowder but that wasnt available. The bisque was good not great. For main course we had lobster tail with scallops. We both would have liked the seasoning on the lobster to be a little more done. The scallops were perfect. They melted in my mouth. Portion size was great. We did not attend dessert as we were both stuffed. We were able to sit for about 20 minutes pass dinner to ket the food settle. Overall the food was delicious and would return if ever in that area celebrating special occasion. - SStephanieLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThere’s such a variety of high quality food on the menu. There’s something for everyone on both the food and drink menu. And at a time when shrinkflation is everywhere, Red Stripe over delivers. I think this might be our new fav dinner date spot.More infoRed StripePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Providence•4.6
- BBetsyGreater Boston •25 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe went to dinner prior to an event at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), which is about 6 blocks away. The food is phenomenal, not over priced for what you get. We had the Veal Parmesan and the Pasta Bolognese, both which were fabulous! The drinks from the bar were terrific - ice cold martini's. They have valet parking, and a coat check room. They also have a limo service to take you to and from PPAC for the show. What a wonderful experience!More infoCapriccioPrice: Expensive• Italian• Providence•4.6
- MMichaelGreater Boston •6 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Christmas Eve dinner. Festive, lively atmosphere without being too loud for easy conversation. Service was excellent, beginning with the accommodation of a late addition guest. Staff was there for every need and question yet never made us feel rushed—even though our meal went past closing. I expected great food and was not disappointed. Oysters were particularly good and French-pressed coffee always adds a great finishing touch. My teenagers had a great time and have a new appreciation for real food. Highly recommend.More infoHemenway'sPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Providence•4.9
