Alex is an amazing server. He really took care of us. He made aolid suggestions and was timely and professional. This is our third time here, and the food was exceptional as usual. The halibut is amazing. Cooked perfectly! The seafood soup was flavorful! And I cannot say enough about the lobster risotto with scallops!!! On New Years Eve, we had the sea bass experience, and it was an experience. We also had the seafood salad and ceviche. OMG!!! Everything was awesome! Sea Grill is the perfect date night spot. Top notch experience!

We had an awesome dining experience at Aria. We were fortunate to secure a last minute reservation for our Valentines Day anniversary. Having read reviews we were excited about dining there. It was everything and more. Service was superb, our drinks and meals were delicious and pricing more than reasonable. Although it was very busy, we were never rushed and all courses and drinks were wonderfully paced. Thanks!!!

Outstanding service! Thanks to Joel. Food was very good. A few things would have made it great. Love salt but heavy handed on the oysters. The bruschetta was fantastic, but would have been spectacular if the bread had been fully toasted. Mushy on the bottom. The tomatoes on it were spectacular as was the olive oil powder. We had a good, crisp Cesar salad and shared the Cacio Pepe. We thought the sauce was perfect. Light and peppery but not stodgy. We didn’t care for the pasta, which was more like a heavy gnocchi. So much so that we asked if we had gotten the dish we ordered. Loved the feel of the place. The lights and open kitchen were fun. A big comfortable booths were nice. The wine pours were exceptional and the prices excellent. Very good value. Not noisy and very enjoyable. Definitely worth the trip!
