Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Victoria

My first time experince at Finn's Seafood exceeded my expectations. From a phone call to the manager asking for a special request I was treated with the upmost kindness and attention. When I arrived at the restaurant again, I was treated with respect. All staff memebers were attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and the view and atmosphere wonderful. I can't wait for the next visit and meal. Thank you all for such a safisfying time.

Cute little hidden place. Nicely lit, cute ambience, great service, & yummy cocktails and food. Would highly recommend!

James was an amazing server. He was upbeat, funny, positive and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed his service. The food was amazing, I can't say enough about the taste and quality.

Best oysters in town, and these Port Hardy ones were firm, flavourful and good sized. The fried smelt were unique and excellent, something different to enjoy. Only downside was the roasted zaatar squash. It came out as a sloppy salad with a lot of mushy feta (I think), overly big chunks of arugula (I think) and only a few small bits of squash. The squash had no roasted texture or flavour. After a great start I didnt want to make a fuss, but it did not come up to the menu description or a pleasant surprise. Still my favourite Vic hangout, just hope they fix the squash.
