We are pleased to bring traditional Italian food from our family to Flower Mound. Fiori, Italian for Flowers, is named in honor of our grandmothers, who gave us their love for great food in their kitchens and restaurants. One of which bears the name of the most famous pizza in Italy the “Margherita” meaning Daisy. We stay true to our recipes and techniques that have been passed down for generations from Italy. We have perfected the traditions in America at our great Uncle Sal’s Restaurant in New York. The photo below shows our father in the early 80’s learning the family pizza and pasta recipes from our famous Uncle Sal. Our father and grandmother Josephine still operate a restaurant in Arizona that is noted as the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. We are the third generation of our family to share this special part of our family with our guest. Our menu moves seasonally from the spicy summers of Sicily to the hearty winter fare of Northern Italy.

Nestled in a neighborhood, but also with easy access from nearby main roads, this restaurant offers the best of both worlds - an energetic atmosphere and a comfortable local bar feeling. Co-founded by Sean Conner, one of DFW's premier mixologists (and owner of sister restaurant T.B.D. Kitchen), PIE Everyday Eatery is focused on delivering quality food and cocktails in a community setting. From creative pizzas, house made pastas, bar bites and a stunning brunch menu, PIE's offerings are centered around fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.

Ida Claire est un restaurant funky et influencé par le Sud des États-Unis. La nourriture est typée du sud, mais avec des inspirations de différentes régions. Vous y retrouverez des plats typiques dont vous aurez certainement déjà entendu parler, mais avec des touches spéciales. Les sandwiches sont servis sur des « biscuits » (des petits pains traditionnels du sud des États-Unis) et on y sert le combo classique sucré-salé « chicken and waffles » (du poulet frit servi sur des gauffres). Le brunch est typiquement américain. Les cocktails ne sont pas en reste ; elles sont des interprétations de grands classiques revampés avec des ingrédients faits maison, comme le Mint Julep. Ida Claire produit ses propres bitters et son propre gin. Le décor a également une influence du sud avec son charme d'avant-guerre et son élégance polie. On retrouve ces éléments très clairement dans la roulotte « airstream » garée dans le jardin et réservée pour les réservations VIP. Vous vous y sentirez comme chez un aristocrate du sud aux goûts extravagants... pas exactement ce que vous vous imaginez!
