Aloha, we are open daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm, with our last seating available at 9:45pm. We accept reservations & reserve a large amount of space for walk-ins. If your desired reservation is not available, please join our waitlist in person daily. Happy Hour is available daily from 3:30pm-5:00pm (excluding select holidays). Our chef driven concept is led by the classically trained, award winning chef, Peter Merriman. Peter is a culinary pioneer and one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine. He has always been inspired by the people and products around him and this spirit has lead the movement to look at food in Hawaii in a new light. Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman embraces this passion!     We had an amazing dinner last night at Humuhumunukunukuapua’a. Our server Jonathan was very attentive and made some great drink suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our venison and ahi carpaccio appetizers. Our main meals included the catch of the day, snapper and filet- all very good. Finished our meal with the delightful mud pie and espresso martinis. Wonderful meal and we were very happy with our entire experience.

    We celebrated my in-laws wedding anniversary during our extended family Thanksgiving week vacation. Maddie was our server and over the top excellent. We also got to dine during the sunset which made the evening that much more magical.

    You cannot beat this view, the ambience was lovely, and honestly the prices were right on par for the delicious food. Best scallops I have ever had and the rest of my family loved the ramen. Will be a for sure stop for us next trip!

    Loves every minute of our visit to MonkeyPod. Seated immediately on the side patio. Jess greeted us and brought us 3 Mai tais and a whiskey sour - delicious! Then we shared a Gem Salad and a Brocli Salad - both delicious but the Brocli was so unique we all agreed it was the best. Fish Tacos, Fish and Chops and Macademia Nut encrusted Mahi Mahi we all excellent but my Rib Eye was over the top. Cooked to perfection. We had a bottle of Tempranillo which paired well with everything and topped it all off with Banana Cream pie. Would recommend the entire meal all over again. Jess was an excellent waitress!
