- AAdamLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWent here for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend. first time here and man was it delicious. We got the beef Wellington and the lamb. We are not usually steak people, but the Wellington was really really good. The pastry was nice and flaky while the beef being super tender. I ordered the lamb medium and I think it was maybe a little bit more on the rare side, but it was still delicious. If I could order the lamb again, I would I would just say medium well probably. Taste of everything was on point. The ambience was really good. Our server was really cool. Would definitely go there again. The service is good, not perfect, not overwhelmingly great. It appeared that the servers were spread thin. The food is surprising good. Drinks are expensive, however, this seems to be a Las Vegas thing now. People will happily pay $25.00-$45.00 for a cocktail now in Las Vegas. All in all it was a fun afternoon with a group of friends and family and I would recommend going just for the vibe, ambience and interesting dishes.More infoPinky's by Vanderpump - Flamingo Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• The Strip•4.3

- GGerardoLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI don’t know what sorcery goes on behind those kitchen doors, but whatever it is I’m here for it! My wife and I went for a Valentine’s Day lunch date and we were both blown away by the consistency and quality of the seafood here. A little recap; this is one of the first restaurants we went on a date in 4 years ago and the only one she’s been craving since last year. The food is just as we remember it, if not better! We ordered the seafood paella as our main course and had 3 tapas ordered as the paella takes around 45 minutes to make (worth it!!). Pulpo asado. Fried calamari. Pork empanada. Sound simple, but they were far from it! The pulpo asado was so fresh the texture and taste were unlike anything I’ve had before locally. It was accompanied by roasted potatoes and this delicious sauce that just complimented the pulpo so nicely I never wanted it to end. I was expecting hard or crunchy pulpo, but this was different. This was soft, flavorful, perfectly grilled with a beautiful purple and black hue. I think this is my new go-to. The fried calamari was also unlike what I’ve had at other places. Not to sound like a broken record, but you can literally taste the quality in the texture of this dish. It is fried to perfection. The amount of calamari they serve you is also noteworthy. For the end (before the paella arrived) we had the pork empanada. Beautifully split down the middle and drizzled with sauce alongside a salad. It was tastebud heaven. I honestly think we would’ve ordered more had the paella not arrived sooner than expected. The flavors so rich and pork so tender, I’m getting hungry just from writing this. Last but not least we had the paella, which feeds 3-4 people. For us two it was enough with 1/4 portion each. Mussels, jumbo shrimp, clams, calamari, artichoke, roasted tomatoes all on top perfectly seasoned and balanced rice. Better than we remembered it. Skipping to dessert we had the white chocolate banana pudding. The cherry on top. We love itMore infoFirefly Tapas Kitchen + Bar On FlamingoPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Paradise•4.7
