Pendant plus de 13 ans, le Siena a été l'un des restaurants favoris des amoureux de la cuisine toscane authentique. Le chef Harvey Harris a reçu son diplôme en cuisine italienne dans une école hôtelière du Piémont, en Italie, mais son cœur appartient à la Toscane, où il a vécu et travaillé.
