Farm Table is a locally owned and operated restaurant that has been a part of the Wake Forest community since 2014. We have watched this community grow. We have grown along with it, and as a result, we have been successful. It has been through this growth that we have become a staple in our community. Our statement of farm to table is our truth. We support as many local growers as we can because it is the local community who support us day in and day out. We truly love being a part of this amazing community.
At the Restaurant at Liss Ard Estate, we are delighted to offer you a small sample of what makes West Cork unique in the most local and seasonal way possible.Our culinary ethos extends from the fact that we are in one of the most bountiful biomes in the world. Thanks to the abundance of nutrients in the soil, pristine watersheds, and a mild oceanic climate designation with plentiful rain and moderate climates, our chefs, garden team, and purveyors are able to grow about 95% of what we use in the kitchen within 80 kilometers of our Estate. The fisheries and livestock farmers that we work with sustainably supply us with incredible products that our chefs combine to create memorable dishes and which showcase the terroir of Liss Ard Estate, County Cork, and Ireland in a broader sense.As proud members of Relais & Chateaux, we strive to embody the 2014 declaration at UNESCO to preserve and share true culinary techniques and to eschew shortcuts that diminish excellence.
