So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft.     We had a great time! Drinks and food was delicious. Our family enjoyed different burgers and the rainbow sliders. The goblets are huge!!!! Very difficult for one person to finish. Milkshakes were huge and yummy too. It's pricey but a great experience and atmosphere. Our service was amazing!

    We had a wonderful dinner. It was a very busy night, so the cozy downstairs dining area had a higher than typical noise level, but the superb staff and management made sure we were very well taken care of. Verona is BYOB, so be prepared if that is part of your desired dining experience. We tried some menu favorites as well as a few of the specials - the fried tomato and provolone appetizer was amazing! We finished with the ricotta cheesecake - rich and decadent. Thank you for a nice evening, and we look forward to our next visit.
