At Mr Pampas, guests pay a set price and get their food in two ways. First, they have access to the appetizer bar, which features fruit, cheese, rolls, soup, cold pasta salad and many other items. All of the proteins, however, are brought directly to the table on skewers. Diners then pick and choose what items they would like as they are carved right off the skewer.

San by Mitsuo features many different aspects of Japanese cuisine. For starters, guests can order a variety of sushi and sashimi options including the always popular Philadelphia roll. Other appetizer options include a kushiage of cheese and various tempura offerings like the crispy tempura shrimp. As for main courses San by Mitsuo offers dinner salad and katsudon, a bowl of cooked rice with lettuce, onion and mushrooms.
