Suzie Q was unapologetically rebellious, alluring and ahead of her time. Bathed in the red glow of oriental charm, her underground chinese restaurant was a well-kept secret by those in the know during the 80’s in downtown San Francisco; a hidden gem drawing people in from across the city with her timeless dishes and unforgettable ambiance. Loved Lagoon Dining! Strikes the right balance between being absolutely delicious and interesting! Everything tasted absolutely amazing. So hard to pick a favourite dish, but if I had to, it would be pickled cucumbers. Our waiter/server was the nicest, most friendly guy who made our dinner experience beautiful. I highly recommend Lagoon Dining to anyone who appreciates great food, friendly service and terrific energy in a restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kishiro with friends, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The cocktails were exceptional, perfectly crafted and refreshing. Each sip was a delightful start to our meal. As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing. The kingfish sashimi was a standout dish; it was incredibly fresh and the dumplings paired beautifully with the chili oil sauce, which added just the right amount of kick. Every bite was a burst of flavor that left us wanting more. The mains were equally impressive. They were not only delicious but also very filling, ensuring that we left the restaurant completely satisfied. We truly enjoyed everything we ordered, and each dish showcased the skill and creativity of the chefs. Overall, Kishiro exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy fantastic Japanese cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere. I can't wait to return and try more of their offerings!
