    A very special night highlighted by a fantastic tasting menu of the highest quality. the service was impeccable - reliable & informative. the wines selected from the drinks menu were as described to us by the drinks person. the view from our table to the river outside added to the occasion.     Incredible uni experience at The Roe+ Australia! The quality of seafood here is outstanding, and you can really taste the freshness in every dish. The Legendary Ultimate Explosive Uni Rice Bowl was a standout—creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. I also loved the Golden Uni Pasta, which had the perfect balance of umami and silkiness. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and ensuring a great dining experience.
