- OTOpenTable DinerSydney •1 review5.0Dined on Mar 1, 2025Great experience for my wife and daughter. Our first go at an omakase restaurant and we were delighted with the careful and mindful approach to dining. The overall menu experience was curated to flow between textures and tastes. Some very premium ingredients that we haven’t tried before, like chunks of abalone that have been steamed for many hours and then fried like tempura and toro, blue fin tuna from Japan that was cured for 2 weeks, amazingly good.More infoTsuzumiPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Barangaroo•4.8
