Spawned out of crazy and strange times in 2020, we share with you the food that makes us smile and we hope it makes you smile also. Filante Woodfire Pizzeria has finally come to fruition in April 2020, after a small group of food-lovers embarked on a journey to create the best tasting pizza outside of Italy. At Filante, Italian for ‘stringy melted cheese’, we are determined in delivering the best pizza to your door. We favour the Romana-style of pizza making but with a modern twist. All our pizza bases and mozzarella cheese are made fresh in-house and cooked in our woodfire ovens. We use the highest quality produce and ingredients from a combination of imported and local goods. We accept orders online, in-store or by phone, for pickup and delivery. Our headquarters are located in Botany, NSW.
