Even though it was a Friday night, they were so obliging and found us this high-top table with an amazing view of the Gold Coast skyline. We watched it go through daylight, dusk and evening and it was spectacular. It must be one of the best views on the coast. Troy was a marvellous host and was so helpful on what to order. On his advice we decided on the corn ribs, hummus and...brussels sprouts which, surprisingly, was the standout dish. The crispy, slow-baked sprouts with the honey chilli sauce were an ingenious combination. So tasty. For drinks, we ordered the Basic Peaches slushy which was this deliciously smooth and creamy layered cocktail. The perfect choice for a sultry late summer evening. I highly recommend the Exhibitionist Bar experience, the location, food, drinks and service was superb. The staff went above and beyond for us which really made the evening for us. Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and hearing about how he makes his (very different) cocktails was so informative. You also get a tour of the distillery and some cheese and crackers which was amazing. We ended up sitting there all afternoon with the other couple taking the class, Ghiv and Jimmy just chatting and drinking their fantastic drinks.
