Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Punta de Mita

Best food of our entire trip, and we ate at some highly-rated restaurants. The fish tacos and the whole fried fish were outstanding.

A magical dining experience overlooking Puerto Vallarta Centro. Filet mignon is worth the price. Menu prices are on par with other high-end PV restaurants we have visited, but the quality, ambience and view, combined with the musical depth and talent of the mariachi band (trumpet, violins, guitars), took it to another level.

Excellent service. Friendly and Accommodating. Food was delicious. Large serving size. We took lots of leftovers with us. Outside dining was a little dark.

I can’t believe anyone would rate this place anything but 5/5 stars. I’m picky, and everything about this place was amazing. I got delicious obviously fresh caught octopus, overlooking the cathedral (elect to sit on the Terrazza!). Three violinists played beautifully—going from table to table. And then fireworks were going off in the bay. Truly a magical night (and this was a Monday!). My bill, for a salad, octopus main, cocktail, and dessert was 64 USD for this luxury experience.

My friend and I enjoyed our girls night out and had a spectacular time! The food was divine and the ambience and location absolutely beautiful! We would totally go back again.
