En 1977, Ernie Vallozzi a déplacé le restaurant de sa mère à Greensburg, où celui-ci est toujours ouvert et en fonctionnement. En 2012, le fils d'Ernie a élargi la tradition dans le centre-ville de Pittsburgh.
