Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Benton Harbor

Service was outstanding! Sat right by the fire and the overall ambiance was perfect for a date night! Best drinks and pasta we’ve had! The chefs were on point from the appetizers to the desserts! Definitely going back soon!

The food was delicious and the service was grand. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and we could not have picked a better place. They gave my husband a birthday card signed by the Bistro staff and a wonderful birthday dessert surprise. We will definitely dine with them again. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We have never had a bad meal at the South Bend, Kankakee Grill. Valentine's day did not disappoint! Everyone in our group of 4, enjoyed the Valentine's special starring a filet mignon and a salmon cake. Started with a side salad and ended with a yummy chocolate dessert. The strawberry chocolate martini was also enjoyed.

We had our Valentines Day dinner here. The service was impeccable! Ikraam was attentive and very polite and professional. I had the Chilean Sea Bass it was the best piece of fish I have ever had anywhere cooked to perfection. If you have a special occasion or just want an amazing dining experience I highly recommend Cafe Navarre.

We had a delicious dinner…filet was melt-in-your mouth amazing! Our server provided friendly, warm service. While not somewhere we would go frequently because it is a “treat-level cost” we were glad we splurged!
