We are a family business group operating within a number of industries including construction, security, technology consultancy. In July 2019, we landed the opportunity to turn around the historical Fusilier public house. The property needed a lot of work to regenerate it and, coupled with our approach of doing things right first time, we invested a significant amount of resources to turn this place around.We wanted to give customers a restaurant that they can come dine in that offered quality food, as well as local watering hole. We booked this restaurant as it was close (very) to the Arena and we were attending a gig there. I had a few dietary requirements and they were brilliant making sure they could find me a dish I could eat, liaising with the kitchen back and forth. We were a group of 6 and everyone’s dishes were lovely, just the right amount. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited the restaurant (Queensbury branch)for my mother in law’s birthday Food - outstanding(we met the chef himself who has five star hotels experience from India) you can taste that in the food. Service- quite friendly Ambiance- very neat and tidy (including their restrooms)with a colourful atmosphere with big tvs mounted and quite nice Had a very nice experience all together.
