Ember Yard is the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group and has been influenced by our travels around Spain and Italy and their methods of cooking over charcoal and wood.We commissioned and custom built a bespoke, Basque-style grill and sourced some amazing single species sustainable charcoal and wood from Kent to cook with. Our first day experience of Peruvian food. We’re not the most experienced with ‘fancy’ food, but this was the most beautifully presented we’ve ever had. It was also incredibly tasty and we left comfortably full without feeling we had spent loads. The service was incredible and all the dishes were explained. A most visit.

First time at Must and thoroughly enjoyed it. Wine is a little bit more than I would usually spend but the food (sharing plates eg. Cheese and charcuterie boards + other small plates) was a reasonable price and delicious and complimented the wine beautifully. The staff were lovely and very knowledgeable. Will definitely return.
