The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We had a an absolutely lovely evening, and the food was amazing. We came for dinner and to see the live music, "The Boneshakers", which both were an absolute treat. The Lady greeting us when we arrived was outstanding in her service, super friendly and very attentive, even got a blanket for the dogs to sit on. The only small minus point was the temperature, we felt a bit chilly, especially in the dining room, but its nothing that would keep us from not returning!

The staff and the manager were very friendly! We were 4 adults and 5 kids. We had couple of rounds of drink and food. They very very helpful! We got free juices for kids. Later, when we were just about to leave the pub, the kids got a churros with vanilla ice cream as well for free. Amazing experience! We can not be thankful enough for the helpfulness, kindness, professionalism what we received here! We will come back again, once we are in London again!

Great Irish pub that serves a tasty roast on Sundays. Top place for a decent pint of Guinness, too. There is plenty of atmosphere. Feels rustic and authentic
