- SSteliosLondon •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoCouldn’t have chose a better restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Anastasia was our personal host. She greeted us with a smile and she went above and beyond. The staff was friendly and professional - the food and drinks were exquisite. Some of our favourites were: crispy rice with guacamole and truffle as well as cauliflower bang bang taco. Also, the panacota was top notch. We will be coming back!More infoLos Mochis Notting HillPrice: Very Expensive• Pacific Rim• Notting Hill•4.5
- CChrisvipLondon •13 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI had a business dinner to organize, so I asked London area friends what they would suggest in the Paddington area. Ayllu was consistently recommended, much to my surprise. I had gone here over 3 years ago and remember enjoying a fairly standard but good sushi. Paddington has been undergoing a lot of changes, so I had heard, and I expected to see many new hipsterish places with old guard ones shuttering. While this is true of the area, Ayllu is still going strong. The sushi is excellent. The fare is standard. Other dishes are excellent and all fairly traditional Japanese food I was especially excited to get a some of the South American dishes like ceviches. The place was crowded, even on a Wed night. So, if you want to get authentic, traditional, delicious Japanese/South American food that is a little nicer than a noodle shop, go here! My friends did not steer me wrong. Oh, and the prices are amazing, considering what you get (maybe about $50 per person excluding alcohol).More infoAylluPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Paddington•4
- TTimLondon •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoAkira are good at what they do. Order from the set menu and you'll not be disappointed - pitch perfect sashimi in their trademark "box of delights" - and how can you go wrong with wagyu beef, with a little sushi set and miso soup on the side? Nice room, thoughtful service, good range of drinks. It's not cheap, but you wouldn't want it to be.More infoAKIRA RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Kensington•4.6
