- MMarwaManchester/Greater Manchester •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat service, with very attentive and helpful staff. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the bone marrow with onions appetizer. The dish we wanted to try was sold out (the chateaubriand), so we opted for a rib eye and rump instead. We ordered three sides, all of which were delicious. The steaks were delicious , although the rib eye was tad over our preferred done-ness, and a the rump was a little tougher than we expected. The staff listened to our feedback and gave us a discount. We appreciate how seriously they took our feedback despite us assuring them the food was still good. This shows how important the customer experience is to them. Thank you.More infoHawksmoor ManchesterPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Manchester•4.7

- JJillManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoEverything about this restaurant is exceptional. Every member of staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, from the second we arrived at the door until the second we left. We ordered the tasting menu and each dish was explained on delivery to the table. The food was unmistakably fresh, and perfectly cooked and presented. We each ordered a scallop as an extra and it was probably the best I have ever tasted. The ambience was very relaxed and added to a wonderful evening. This restaurant has got it just right. It is not inexpensive, but we both left having had a very positive and enjoyable evening with exceptional food and staff. I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to all at Higher Ground.More infoHigher GroundPrice: Very Expensive• British• Manchester•4.8
- JJohnLondon •7 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoVery friendly, helpful and efficient service in a pleasant venue at the intersection of almost traffic free streets. A fine variety of skilfully produced small dishes from a (sensibly) fairly limited menu. All the dishes were very well done, some exceptionally so. We had beer but the wine list looked interesting. It all made for a very enjoyable lunch.More infoERSTPrice: Expensive• European• Manchester•4.8
