The staff were friendly and talkative when you spoke to them. The staff in the restaurant part were superb and friendly also. We got shown about the gardens etc and told where we could get some really nice pictures of Leith etc. Its a place where i would go back to without any problems. The food was lovely and hot also including the tomato, the coffee was hot and strong as well. The serving size was plenty (we had leftovers to take away) and they graciously allowed us to have more than seven different pots of teas!
