Best Cocktail Bars in Sharpsburg

The Carmella’s breakfast menu item was great. The hash browns were special and much better than just plain potatoes as they had a delicious sauce on top. The peppered bacon was good too. The bourbin glazed banana dish was also really good too. Wait staff excellent too.

We came here for our anniversary and the vibes were amazing! Our server, Alaina, was on top of everything. The drinks were really good. We got an old-fashioned and the drink called flight risk. Our appetizers were good. We got the onion dip and then meatballs and peppers. They weren’t obsessed with them, but then we ordered steaks as our entrée which made up for it! Will definitely come back.

My wife and I returned to Butterjoint for the cassoulet, which has only been available for a period of two weeks every winter for the past few years. It was excellent, as it has been every time we've come to the restaurant to order it. We also ordered the pickled shrimp as a starter and shared a slice of the Basque cheesecake for dessert. They were also excellent. We live an hour drive from Butterjoint, which is why we don't go there more often. But tonight's meal was the typically high quality experience that we've had at Butterjoint in the past.

The restaurant was great. The apps were super reasonable and tasted great. The drinks were a little pricey but they were honestly all worth it too. The ambiance is amazing. If you want to take pictures, definitely visit the grotto upstairs!
