We ordered the duck, the rocky Jr. Chicken, escargot and the goat cheese cheesecake was an absolute must to finish off our meal. Staff was super friendly, and food came out in a timely manner. Definitely has become one of our favorite restaurants!More infoThe Smoking Goat RestaurantPrice: Moderate• French / American• North Park•4.7

The food is better than the restaurants I have been able to find in Paris, the few times I have been there, although I have tried to find them. The menu contains standards as well as creative entrees. The staff is really great, maybe the best in San Diego at a restaurant of any type. We have been many times and have had consistently great, attentive, fun but on point service every time. There is no other restaurant in San Diego that I can same the same about. The service is extraordinary. The food is also consistently excellent. The ingredients are always great quality and delicious. Their mussels are good example. Mussels are hard to get right every time. They can be sourced wrong, or sit to long, or cook to long, etc. You might have great mussels some times at a restaurant but not consistently like Et Voila. The same is true with their other dishes, consistently excellent. I am local. I believe my wife and I have been to every highly rated restaurant in San Diego. This is our favorite restaurant.More infoEt Voilà! French Bistro - San DiegoPrice: Moderate• French• North Park•4.8

Because of the holiday they only had a 5 tasting course. It was a bit packed understandably. The drinks were amazing! The food was a culinary experience. The service was on par. We were there for close to 3 hours however because the food came out very slow, however they gave us a discount because of it without us even asking. Amazing attention to detail!More infoWormwoodPrice: Very Expensive• French• North Park•4.6
- LLaurieSan Diego •79 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBleu Boheme is our favorite restaurant in San Diego. We chose it for Valentine's day due to it's consistency and the warmth of the environment. We were engaged after dining there one year ago, so of course we wanted to go back and recreate that magical evening. I am always leery of price fixed menus, but with Bleu Boheme, there is no need for doubt. The food is always A+, but it was even more fabulous that normal. My favorites were on the price fix menu and they were better than ever. The brussels sprouts were fantastic and my salmon, oh my gosh, was fabulous. They were generous with the portions. As always the service was beyond compare. Everyone in the restaurant feels like a family member. The owner and head chef is so very gracious and talented. I couldn't give any higher accolades than to Bleu Boheme.More infoBleu BohemePrice: Expensive• French• Kensington•4.7
- LLindaSan Diego •35 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe went there before going to the Balboa theater for a performance and appreciated the promptness of their service. The soup (oyster and also onion) were warm, delicious and so inviting on such a rainy night. My friend had the crab cake and I had the shrimp and mushroom appetizer and we both liked our choices. Great wine list also. Definitely plan on going back when we attend our next play. Staff were very warm, helpful and respectful of our time constraints.More infoDobson's Bar & RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Californian• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.4
