Best International Restaurants in Marigot

An exceptional culinary experience! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with a smile and great friendliness. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes, and each bite was a real treat for the taste buds. The atmosphere is both cozy and festive. The chef really knew how to surprise with innovative flavors while respecting the classics. I will definitely come back and I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have a good time with quality cuisine. Thanks to the team.

We enjoyed everything! Staff members were all so friendly and helpful from the valet to the hostess, servers and chef! The food was top notch - delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was very nice as we watched the sunset over Simpson Bay and the lights come on all around us both inside and outside the restaurant. Definitely recommend and we would come back if we return to the island in the future.

We dined on an evening in early February. Beautiful weather but could shower any time. Changed our outdoor reservation to standard indoor but could have stayed outside as they installed an awning to deploy in these downpours. Delicious food artistically presented.

Most everything about SALT restaurant was excellent. We were in Saint Martin for 7 nights and ate 3 out of the seven nights at the, SALT. The meals were beautifully prepared and artistically done and played it beautifully. The Chilean Seabass was the best I’ve ever had and we’ve eaten at the finest five star restaurants in Chicago. The only thing that was not enjoyable was one particular waitress that would just get put off if you wanted to hold off on ordering. She was quite rude to us the whole time and we gave very good tips each time even above the 15% surface charge. That was our only complete meals were five star. Great entertainment. Would highly recommend it.

The ambience is spectacular. You are high up and feel that you are overlooking and immersed in a jungle. The tree near our table housed a few iguanas who chased each other above us on the rooftop. They were quite entertaining. The food was excellent, and the server was very gracious. Although we stayed on the island, if we were on a cruise ship, I think this would be a fabulous excursion.
