Best Gastro Pubs in Floyds Knobs, IN

My wife and I frequent the Exchange for our date nights. The food is always plated nicely and the flavor is consistent every time, service is great and what you would expect for a restaurant in this class, if you like bourbon; the Exchange makes the best “Old Fashioned” around and its super consistent as well.

Where better to take your BBQ loving spouse than to Four Pegs in Valentine’s Day?! Started our meal with the smoked chorizo and Gillis’s dip with house made chips. The smoked chorizo was perfectly timed with the smoked Gouda cheese. The house chips were fresh and crisp with a hint of a wheats taste to them, a perfect pairing for the dip. The burrito put a hurting on my spouse but they managed to finish it anyways. Ribs were meaty, delicate, and perfectly smoked. The burnt end pork belly sandwich was perfect and the coleslaw was crisp, crunchy, and had just enough sweetness to it to take the edge off the Brussel sprouts. A side of the smoked Gouda Mac-N-Cheese didn’t stand a chance. Looking forward to giving the weekend brunch a try soon!

Great place for a small bite and drinks! HUGE beverage menu full of bourbon selections. I suggest not going there if you want a full meal or bigger menu selection, but what they had to offer was very good. The Fried Green Tomatoes and Orange-Sambal Wings were delicious. Also recommend the Lamb Flatbread.
