Sydney swoops in like a superhero with a perfectly timed snack or drink. Honestly, she’s the reason you’ll keep coming back—and it’s not just for the beer. Kat was a terrific server. I was meeting an old friend I had’t seen in 30 years. Kat was attentive, gave us time to catch up before we ordered and after we finished, but never stopped checking on us!

This was my first time here and it was such a cool experience. One of the managers made a few suggestions and checked on us periodically. The food was really good and the service was as well!

The Boston Ale House was good. I went with a buddy and we sat at the bar. I had a cranberry margarita and my friend had a captain and diet and both drinks were good. For food, I got the tuna poke bowl which I really liked. My friend had the salmon and asked for it cooked medium rare but he felt it was over cooked. I’ve had the salmon before and didn’t specify the temperature and it was good with the “default” temperature. There was a football game on the many TVs, some huge, so it was a pretty lively crowd. Bartenders were good and friendly enough. It’s a big open space with large windows looking out at Center St. in West Roxbury. It’s a nice place. Overall a fun night and I would definitely recommend it.
