L'établissement The Butcher Bar est le dernier restaurant créé par l'équipe du Varga Bar, du Mercato et du Valanni. Les chefs Evan Turney et John Strain mettent à l'honneur « les amateurs de viande ainsi que la cuisine réconfortante ». Le bar propose 16 bières et 6 vins pression, ainsi qu'un programme de cocktails à base de whisky.
Marc Vetri, chef cuisinier et restaurateur acclamé en automne dernier, est sur le point d'étendre son empire de Philadelphie à la ville de Navy Yard avec l'ouverture du Lo Spiedo, Italien pour le « Spit ». Le bistrot décontracté, qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 150 personnes, propose un menu d'inspiration italienne pour le dîner et le souper.

Outdoors is Haas Biergarten, which serves as a vibrant, plant filled space in the warmer months and an intimate, cozy space in the cooler months.
