- DDeboraPhoenix / Arizona •3 reviews5.0Dined todayWe were seated 10 minutes early for our 1pm reservation. Out server arrived at our table immediately and greeted us. We put in drink orders then when she came with those we ordered our appetizer and meal. We thought it might take a bit of time as the place was full but it was all out quickly. Ordered thr pot pie and braised beef and both good. This is where service got slow but I think they seated 3 or 4 new tables in her area at once so she was busy. Ordered thr mint cheesecake and that was amazing. Bill was $80 plus tax so not really bad for 2 people to have a nice meal with drinks and dessert. The tree and Christmas decorations were beautiful and we lucked out and were seated near the tree. Will make it a tradition each year to go back. Lucked out on the reservation because we missed it when it opened. So glad we got one!More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.7

- KKenvipChicago / Illinois •72 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI cannot count the number of visits we've had to The Girl and the Goat, but it continues to be a favorite for both personal and professional dining. I brought three colleagues, who have never been, to the restaurant for dinner. One diner is vegetarian, but there are menu offerings and options available to provide them with enough to eat. All three were quite impressed with the food. My only complaint would be our table was right next to the kitchen, which can be loud. However, we made due, and had an enjoyable meal. Service is always very good, and the cocktails are fun. If you're interested in dining, make sure you book way ahead, as there is almost no chance to get a table day of.More infoGirl & the GoatPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• West Loop•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 18, 2024What a gem! Asador Bastian totally knocked it out of the park. Our server, Yousef ( potentially spelling his name wrong), was fantastic - super friendly and really knew his stuff. His recommendations were perfect for our dinner. We started with their Tortilla Española, which was a great way to kick things off - light but packed with flavor. The arroz cremoso that came next was incredible - the flavors were spot on. But the real showstopper was the Akaushi beef, cooked exactly how we wanted it, paired with these amazing bone marrow potato purée that I'm still thinking about. We wrapped up with a delicious cheesecake that hit all the right notes. The whole experience, from walking in to walking out, was just perfect. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes! If you're thinking about going - just do it. You won't regret it!More infoAsador BastianPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• River North (Chicago)•4.7
