Depuis que Michael's Genuine Food & Drink a ouvert ses portes dans le Miami Design Design au printemps 2007, les convives sont devenus adeptes et désirent sa combinaison rafraîchissante d'atmosphère décontractée et d'une bonne nourriture, un bistrot de quartier qui est la vitrine ultime pour le type de cuisine que le chef / propriétaire Michael Schwartz prépare de mieux- maison, sans prétention, délectable, avec une emphase sur les ingrédients locaux. Le restaurant est ouvert sept jours par semaine et sert le dîner, un menu pour l'après-midi, le souper et le brunch. S'appuyant sur le succès du Blue Collar, le Mignonette propose une atmosphère amusante, accessible où vous pourrez déguster une douzaine d'huîtres, une bouteille de champagne, des préparations de fruits de mer classiques comme des huîtres Rockefeller et des palourdes Casino, ainsi qu'un plateau de jolis coquillages.
