- HHannaKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe short rib hummus and the truffled salmon were unreal. Harissa Bloody Mary was very good. The Brussels sprouts and the steak and eggs were tasty but nothing extraordinary. The restaurant is so beautiful which really add to the experience. The patio being open in the winter is great, but it could’ve used an extra heater or two in the corners. Overall I am excited to go back and try more things.More infoAba - ChicagoPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• West Loop•4.8
- GGordonChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI reserved a special from Mercadito called "Amor y Sabor" and boy it did not disappoint. The ambiance was very chill and the music was not too loud. Our waitress was very nice and attentive with us. The food was fantastic it consisted of a 4 course meal. It began with a shot of tiger de leche (Peruvian cuisine). Then we had a choice of camarones ceviche which was super tasty and flavorful. After that, we had queso Birria tacos with the dip and that was also delicious. Next but not least, we had some nice and tender strip steak which was perfectly cooked and was easy to chew. Our night was capped off with some churro desert and a glass of champagne. Overall an awesome and exciting experience and would highly recommend it!More infoMercadito - River NorthPrice: Expensive• Mexican• River North (Chicago)•4.6
- SSChicago / Illinois •9 reviews4.0Dined on Jan 29, 2025It would be better to have a pepper mill and olive oil on the table; we were given a very small amount of oil on our bread plates and a shaker with ground pepper. Our entrees were served before we finished our salads; there wasn't room for all the plates (+ bread basket, wine & water glasses, and bowl for clam shells) on a table for two. The food was good, but the chicken limone flavor was only in the sauce, not in the chicken.More infoIl Vicolo TrattoriaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Oak Park•4.8
