We've been proud to serve delicious made-to-order American dishes using fresh ingredients since our establishment in 2016. Approximately eighty-percent of our menu is-- or can be-- gluten-free, as we use only canola and olive oil in all of our cooking. Some of our best-selling dishes are our southern fried chicken, grilled meatloaf, and crab cakes-- all which are gluten free!     Our meals and experience were EXCELLENT. My wife's meal of scallops, our guest's salmon and my shrimp/pasta (Diavalo) were WONDERFUL, as were the calamari and drinks we had before they arrived. While the entrance was a crush of people trying to check in and get seated, the atmosphere was lively and comfortable. The Hamilton is always a great experience but this was a first time for my wife and our guest to have dinner there and they loved it! Our server was good and attentive and wasn't a constant shadow to us either. A good time was had by all!

    Food was amazing (as always)! Best rack of lamb I’ve ever had. Dined a bit late but everything was still superb! Service remained top-notch even though we were still sitting after advertised closing time. No rush, no pressure. Can’t wait to go back!
